Steve Jobs ability to say no to good and even great projects so he and Apple could focus on game changing ideas is what impresses me most about his tremendous run at Apple.

You may have seen this video already since we discussed how Lean Leaders apply this principle a few weeks ago in a post titled Just Say No.

    Great content! I am also a brand new blogger and learning as I go. My blog is at and is a diet blog (obviously). I am interested in the 80/20 principle, but tend to have it in reverse. (80% bad and 20% good). I am a work in progress.
